We’ve been hard at work this August, bringing you some exciting new updates to swftbox ControlRoom®. Our goal is to keep improving your experience and make managing your shipments even easier. Here’s a rundown of the cool new features we’ve rolled out that you can start enjoying right away!

1. B2B Shipments

Managing B2B shipments just got simpler! You can now easily mark a shipment as B2B directly in ControlRoom®. B2B shipments are unique as they are scheduled within a specific timeframe, and our drivers are equipped to wait longer to ensure your products are received exactly when and where they need to be. This feature is designed to provide you with greater flexibility and reliability in handling business-to-business deliveries.

2. Enhanced Tracking for International Shipments

We understand that tracking international shipments can sometimes be a hassle, especially when switching between tabs or platforms. That’s why we’ve integrated international shipment tracking directly into swftbox ControlRoom®. Now, you can access real-time updates on all your international orders without leaving the ControlRoom® interface. This means fewer clicks, less hassle, and more time to focus on your business.

3. Oversized Packages

Have a shipment that’s larger or heavier than usual? No problem! You can now indicate if a package is oversized directly on the order in ControlRoom®. This ensures that we send the appropriate vehicle to pick up your order, eliminating the guesswork and helping your oversized shipments reach their destination smoothly.

4. Easily Edit/Add Items

We know that customer requests for changes can come at any time. With our latest update, you can now edit or add items to an existing order directly through ControlRoom®. Whether a customer wants to swap out a product or add something new, you can make the changes quickly and easily, without the need to place a new order. This feature is particularly handy for Shopify users, streamlining the process and keeping everything organized in one place.

5. Upgraded Settings Menu

We’ve refreshed the settings menu in ControlRoom® to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. Located in the bottom left corner, the new settings menu is packed with features designed to save you time and enhance your experience. Be sure to explore these options and make the most out of what ControlRoom® has to offer!

6. Incoming Pickups Visibility

Wondering when your next pickup is scheduled? We’ve added a new feature that allows you to see your next swftbox pickup time right from the top right corner of ControlRoom®. This visibility ensures you’re always in the know, helping you plan your day and manage your workflow more efficiently.
