Introducing the new overview page! Now this is the first touchpoint for our partners upon logging in, offering a comprehensive glance at their deliveries and returns. This feature aims to streamline operations and provide quick, accessible information.
Better International Shipment Visibility
We’ve made international shipping a breeze with live status updates from our couriers worldwide. Both end customers and partners can now see these updates instantaneously, having direct access to carrier tracking information, ensuring transparency and peace of mind. Finally, international shipping can be as easy as local shipping!
Automated International Invoice
Great news for invoices related to international shipments! Now partners no longer need to attach an invoice with every single order. We'll generate that automatically simplifying the process, saving time and reducing potential errors. Woop-woop!
Chat with swftbox Support
We know that customers always face delivery challenges, so we’ve opened direct chat channels with customers to make the delivery experience even more seamless. This feature allows customers to communicate directly with swftbox support and ensures quick resolutions.
"Arriving Shortly" Notifications
Apart from the regular status updates we send customers, now we also send a message when a driver is nearing their location, ensuring they are prepared for their delivery arrival.

Proactive Flagged Notifications
Our system now proactively sends emails and WhatsApp notifications to partners and customers when an order is flagged. This enhancement ensures that all parties are promptly informed of any issues, allowing for swift action and resolution.
Cleaner History View
We've refined the Customer and Partner order history timeline. The view is now more precise and free from duplicate processing entries, providing a cleaner and more accurate historical record.
